Refund policy

1. No returns and no exchanges on used bundles or wigs.

2. After a purchase is made, all sales are final. NO Refunds. Unless it is a mistake on my behalf. 

3.If you file a fake dispute your bank will be notified. You also will be blocked from my website and will never be able to make a purchase with me again.

4. If your account shows high risk of scam/ fraud. Your order will be cancelled and I will refund you automatically.
